We collect account information (name, email, billing details), verification inputs (email addresses you submit), usage logs, and API metadata necessary to operate the service.
Email addresses are processed to produce verification results. We do not sell your lists. Aggregated, anonymized metrics may be used to improve accuracy and reliability.
By default, verification results are automatically deleted after 90 days via our daily retention cron job. You can customize this window (30, 60, 90, 180, 365 days, or keep forever) in Settings → Privacy. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data via Settings or support.
We use payment processors (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel, Railway), and infrastructure providers under data processing agreements where applicable.
API keys are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact support@rocketverifier.com for GDPR or privacy requests.
