1. Service

RocketVerifier provides email verification services including syntax, DNS, and SMTP validation. Credits are consumed per verification according to your plan.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes. You are responsible for compliance with applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

3. Payments & Credits

Purchased credits never expire. We offer an accuracy guarantee: if you believe a verification result was incorrect, you may file a dispute from the completed job page. Valid disputes may receive a credit refund after review. Credits are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.

We process email addresses solely to provide verification results. See our privacy policy for retention details.
