RocketVerifier provides email verification services including syntax, DNS, and SMTP validation. Credits are consumed per verification according to your plan.
You may not use the service for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes. You are responsible for compliance with applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Purchased (pay-as-you-go) credits never expire. Business-email signups get dashboard access and may claim a one-time free trial (credits and duration set in-app; a card verification is required to prevent abuse, and is never charged unless you separately purchase credits). We never charge credits for "unknown" results or for duplicate addresses in a bulk list.
Bounce guarantee: if addresses a completed job marked "valid" bounce above 4% when you actually send to them, file a bounce-guarantee claim from the job page within 30 days of completion — refunds for the excess are calculated and issued automatically, no manual review needed.
We also offer a broader accuracy guarantee: if you believe a verification result was incorrect for another reason, you may file a dispute from the completed job page. Valid disputes may receive a credit refund after manual review. Credits are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
