RocketVerifier provides email verification services including syntax, DNS, and SMTP validation. Credits are consumed per verification according to your plan.
You may not use the service for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes. You are responsible for compliance with applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Purchased (pay-as-you-go) credits never expire. Business-email signups can apply in the dashboard for free trial credits; verification beyond those uses purchased credits (pay-as-you-go, monthly, or yearly packs). We never charge credits for "unknown" results or for duplicate addresses in a bulk list.
Bounce guarantee: if addresses a completed job marked "valid" bounce above 4% when you actually send to them, file a bounce-guarantee claim from the job page within 30 days of completion — refunds for the excess are calculated and issued automatically, no manual review needed. If you connect a supported sending provider (SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES or Postmark), each hard bounce of an address a job marked "valid" in the previous 30 days is refunded automatically, 1 credit per verification, without a claim.
We also offer a broader accuracy guarantee: if you believe a verification result was incorrect for another reason, you may file a dispute from the completed job page. Valid disputes may receive a credit refund after manual review. Credits are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
